Final Fantasy VII

I think VII is one of the better ones out there.. it's also the one I played the most..

but the the other ones after VII or also pretty good, I like all of them, so it's hard to really pick a favorite..

FFVII is held in such high regard because it was the first of it's kind released in the west. FFVIII's junctioning system was superior to VII's Materia system, yet VIII's story was no where near as strong, and it lacked a truly memorable villian.

IX is a great game, and while Zidane is more likable than Cloud, the supporting cast and villains cannot hold a candle to VII's.

VII's graphics may have dated considerably in the twelve years since release, but it's still got it where it counts, and it's one of my favourite games ever. I still couldn't choose between it and Ocarina of Time for my favourite ever.

It doesn't matter which one is better between VII, VIII and IX.

Because VI is better than all three of them.

VI is very good. Personally, I prefer X and VII more but I hold VI in high regards.

My favorite FF game is porbably FF4, or known in the US as FF 2 on the snes.
