So a friend of mine got Undercover for the XBOX 360.
And holy shit, it's way different. In my PS2 game I had a choise of 3 starter cars to pick from, in my friends, we where given the Nissian240SX (think thats the right name). The cars handles differently in the 2 games and even the courses appears to be different. I also found the XBOX version somewhat harder as I was having a little trouble, but was flying though my game. Of course, the XBOX had better graphics. From what I could see, the only thing the same was the movie cutsense and the overall car list.
I'm sure alot of you will disagree with this, but honestly, truely, I would rather play PS2 Undercover over XBOX.

Wrong.
The PS3 game is just a port of the 360 game, which means that, as is often the case on multi-format titles, the 360 game runs fractionally smoother.
The game's still rubbish, so it's not like it makes a difference.

Rubbish, no man, Undercover is epic, more so for me on PS2 then 360.

Re: So a friend of mine got Undercover for the XBOX 360.
How is it epic?
It does nothing new, and is significantly weaker than both the new Midnight Club, and even NFS: Most Wanted.

PGR is a slightly different style of game, but yes, I'd wager PGR is vastly better than NFSU.

For comparison, the 360 and PS3 versions of NFSU, running side by side.

That vid takes forever to buffer, so I shut it off. Anyway, the most enjoyable part of the PS2 version is how it's made, it's like MW gone wild. When your driving your car at 200K and t-bones a cop, the cop is sent rolling down the highway like crazy. Also, in the PS2 version, you car can hit traffic and hardly ever notice, you pushes cars aside like there not even there, the traffic that stop's you is large trucks. Not only that, but I love the way your cars handles on the PS2 version, I find it handles better then the 360 version. Lastly, the tracks are perfect, not to hard, not to easy, finally a racing game with decent races, unlike Midnightclub where you has to cut shape corners every 5 seconds.
What else can I say, I find the PS2 version of this game really enjoyable.

Re: So a friend of mine got Undercover for the XBOX 360.
Simian's right on the game being weak. Hot Pursuit 2 and Most Wanted are still THE BEST NFS games ever made!
Undercover's framerate on the PS3 is bad but I hope they fix that with updates. The game gives nothing really new aside from the heroic driving system.
I still like the game never the less. Driving fast cars and annoying the cops is just something I love to do. And modify my cars of course.
