Oh well, I'll post mine agin.

I'm gonna delete my topic now since it isn't needed.

Name: Maximus.
Style: DBZ style character.
Gender: Male.
Side: Evil.
Aura: Green/purple. Gains light blue lightening sparks when near full power.
Power range: Super sayian 2
Ki colour: Green.
Age: Somewhere in the 20's
Race: Unknown.
Type of being: Android/cyborg.

Appearance:

Maximus is humanoid. He stands at 5 feet, 7 inches tall, has short spiky hair. The colour of the hair is a really dark purplish colour (like this:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] his pupils are the same colour as his hair. Maximus muscle mass is around that of USSJ1 Trunks. Maximus wears a purple (same colour as hair) vest which is left open to show his torso and abbs. His pants are a silver colour and are slightly baggy.

Story:

Maximus had a hard life growing up, he was made fun off as a kid, was often beaten by his parents. He was feed little food or water, and was often locked in a dark room with no light or any sort of entertainment. This caused Maximus heart to fill with hatred and after a period of time, turned him evil.

Maximus started acting out a lot after this, causing fights with the kids that picked on him, and beating the shit out of them, he even killed a few of them. Wanting to put a stop to this, Maximus father knocked him out and throw him into a river. He watched as Maximus body sunk under the water and left after thinking Maximus had drowned. However Maximus didn't drown and he washed up on a rocky beach in the middle of nowhere. Maximus was found by a strange man, this man wears a long coat reaching all the way down to his feet, and has his face hidden under a hood.

After a few days Maximus awakes to see the strange man, Maximus ask "who...... are you", the man replies and says "I'm the one that can make you strong, I'm the one who can give you the power to destroy those you hate." The man turns toward Maximus, his face unable to be seen, and says "but to do so, I need you to get me these things", the man hands Maximus a sheet of paper. Maximus looks at the sheet and say "these, are all mechanical parts" and the man replies by saying "that can make you stronger then anyone you'll ever face". "However, to get these parts you need to reach the town up on top of the mountains, it won't be a easy task." Maximus thinks about it, and agrees, wanting more power.

Maximus set out on his quest for power, after walking a few hours he came to a forest, as he walked through he heard voices that seemed to come from everywhere, these voices said “you will fall”, “your to weak”, “you won’t make it” and other similar lines. After walking for 30 minutes with these voices constantly speaking to him, Maximus started to get very angry, he soon stopped and clenched his fist, he also began grinding his teeth, Maximus then yell’s out “WILL YOU SHOUT THE FUCK UP” and starts releasing his power, his aura explodes around him and wipes out a large chunk of forest. However, the voices doesn’t stop, instead they become more intense and loader and says “your weak”, “you’ll never make it”, “you’ll die on this quest” and so forth. Maximus only gets more angry, lightening sparks now surrounding his body, Maximus falls to his knees as the voices appears to be driving him crazy. Maximus then say “I..... CAN’T TAKE IT ANY..... LONGER” and explodes in power once agin, Maximus hair turns red, so does the pupils of his eyes, his aura also turns golden and his muscle mass grows slightly. Sparks still surrounds Maximus body and he releases another explosion of power, this one forms a huge dome of energy which wipes out about half the forest.

Maximus calms down afterward, and begins to look at his hands, shocked. “T-this power, it’s........ unreal” Maximus says with a surprised look. Then Maximus hears the voice of the strange man, he says to Maximus “keep going, I can make you stronger”. Maximus proceeds on, returning to his base form. After hours of walking Maximus comes to a cliff, he looks up but see’s no end, he looks around but the rock is completely smooth, giving Maximus no place to climb. Suddenly the ground under Maximus begins to break apart and sink into lava, Maximus tries to climb the cliff but can’t get any grip. Then the voices from the forest speaks to Maximus once more, it’s keeps repeat these words “we told you you’ll die you weak fool, hahahaha”. With this being constantly repeated, Maximus fear of death is replaced with anger, Maximus say’s “I....... will not.........DIE!!!”. Maximus aura then explodes around him and just as the last piece of land under his feet was sinking into the lava Maximus flow up in the sky at a rather high speed. He quickly reaches the top of the cliff, and is amazed that he could fly. Maximus says “I wonder what else I can do”.

Maximus continues, now flying instead of walking and quickly reaches the top of the mountain, but finds only a cabin instead of a town. Maximus walks into the cabin and is quickly knocked out by sleeping gas. 12 hours later Maximus wakes up, and sees the strange man standing before him. The man speaks and says “it’s done, you have passed the test and made it to my workplace. I have implanted a small device on your heart which will provide you with endless power, I have also implanted small devices on various muscles throughout your body, these will make you stronger by providing more energy to your muscle then you could provide yourself. You also has a chip in you brain which makes you smarter, as well as allows you to locate energy signals. You also have a air creator build into your lungs, this pretty much makes it so you can breath in places without air, like space for example. Lastly, you have what’s called a energy drainer build into your body, this will speed up your opponents energy consumption”

Maximus floats up in the air, feeling stronger then he’s ever felt. “Say, I unlocked a higher power while passing your test, do I now have free access to this as well?” The strange man reply’s by saying “of course”. Maximus smiles then blast a hole in the roof of the cabin, Maximus floats high in the sky and charges a ball of green energy in his left hand. Maximus yells out “I thank you for this new power, *smiles* now you and this entire planet can go to hell”, Maximus laugh evilly and throws a green ball of energy, the ball impacts and digs through the ground, Maximus closes his hand into a fist and the ball explodes in the planets core, causing the full planet to explode. Maximus then set off on a path of destruction, destroying everything he comes across.

Personality: Before his “upgrades” he was a enraged boy who wanted revenge, but now he is pure evil with no remorse for life what so ever. When he wants something or sets a goal, nothing will stop him from getting it, and he’ll kill anyone in his way.

Ability’s:

Energy drainer.
After Image.
After Image Strike.
Ki controlment.

Can locate energy.
Can breath in space.

Blast 1:

Energy Drainer - This ability instantly effects anyone that comes around Maximus, what this does is causes the opponent energy consumption to increase at a large rate. Even if the opponent is doing nothing, they'll still be burning energy cause their close to Maximus. If the opponent where to transform, their rate of energy consumption will speed up even more. The more a opponent transforms, the faster they'll lose energy.

(Note: This move does not give the opponents energy to Maximus, only causes the opponent to lose energy rapidly.)

(Note 2: The opponent needs to be within 20 metres of Maximus for this ability to take effect.)

After Image - Maximus disappears and leaves a image of himself behind.

Blast 2:

Explosion Bomb - Maximus will open his left hand fully, fingers stretched out, and will form a green energy ball. He’ll then throw the energy ball at it’s target and close his hand into a fist whenever he wants it to explode.

Energy Blast Volley - Maximus will raise his left hand and point at his opponent, he’ll then fire a series of green ki blast from his finger.

Ultimate:

Your Dead (grab rush) - Maximus will grab the opponent by the neck with his left hand, he’ll use his right hand to give his opponent 3 heavy punches to the gut. Maximus will then knock the opponent away and blast them with a energy beam.

Transformation: Maximus Overdrive.

Power level: Super sayian 4.

Appearance: Maximus hair and pupils turns red, his aura turns gold, and his muscles grow. (Muscle mass in this form is about the same as SSJ4 Gogeta.) Lightening sparks surround the body constantly in this form.

How: Unlocked in a moment of extreme anger.

Blast 1:

Energy Drainer - Same as base.

After Image Strike - Maximus vanishes, leaving a image behind. When the opponent attacks the image, Maximus reappears and strikes the opponent in the back which sends them flying.

Blast 2:

Maximus Blast - Maximus fires a green energy beam from his left hand.

Explosion Dome - Maximus yells out and releases a large dome of green energy that covers a very big amount of land.

Ultimate:

Ultimate Maximus Blast - Maximus straighens out his right arm, palms facing opponent, and fires a rapid series of small ki blast. As the opponent blocks/deflects the blast, Maximus charges energy in his left palm. When fully charged, Maximus will push his left arm forward unleashing a massive energy beam which follows rigt behind the small ki blast.

Name: Omega.
Age: 20.
Race: Unknown.
Aura: Black. Gain's black lightening sparks when powered up.
Ki colour: Black with a red centre.
Side: Evil.
Strength Level: Full power super sayian 2.

Appearance: Omega is humanoid and stands at 5 foot 9, his hair greatly resembles Goku but is longer at the back. Omega armour greatly resembles that of Vegeta (sayian saga) except Omega wears a black suit under it instead of blue. Omega eye's are white with pure red pupils and his muscle mass is around that of USSJ1 Trunks.

Story: Omega was sent to a distant planet at a young age, he was raised by the kind beings who lived their after he was found in a broken space pod. He however was not like the other's who lived around him, but he fought for good. When he reached the age of 10 however he became pure evil, it was as if someone flicked a switch in his mind. Omega was already at a basic super sayian level of power and the people of the planet had no way to overcome him. On another planet, in a dark room looking at a tv screen, we seen a old man with an evil smile on his face. "Good, the mind control chip works perfectly, now everybody will pay for what they've done. With Omega in my control, I'm unstoppable *evil laughter*." As the old man looks back at the screen, he see's Omega walking along, suddenly Omega stop's at stares right in the camera. "What's this, the camera no bigger then a fly, how can he see this" the old man said, shocked. As they both look at the camera/screen they stare into each other's eye's, then the old man starts to scream in pain, blood running from his's eyes and running down his face. Omega slightly tilts his head and the man falls dead, Omega looks away from the camera and continues to walk on.

Omega shortly finds a space ship, fully loaded with training gear and blast off. Omega spends the next 10 years training and becoming fully aware of his power's, and transformations. Omega also kills many, many beings, even small kids without any remorse what so ever.

Personality: Omega is a killer, but he isn't mindless. He kills because he enjoy's it.

Ability's:

High psychic power's.
Super strength.
Can raise and lower power level at will.
After Image.
Teleportation.
Hyper speed.
Ki controlment.
Flight.
Can sense energy signals.

Grab: Omega stretches out his left arm, palm facing the opponent and fingers fully extended. He freezes the opponent so they can’t move, he then pushes his right arm forward quickly which creates a shockwave that hit’s the opponent. He repeatedly does 9 more shockwaves, the last 1 blasting the opponent away.

Blast 1:

Freeze - When locked on to his opponent, Omega will push both arm's forward, palms facing the opponent and finger's stretched out. The opponent will then be unable to move for 30 seconds giving Omega a wide opening to attack.

Energy Barrier: A black transparent energy barrier will surround Omega to protect him from damage.

Blast 2:

Scatter shot: Omega will power up a ball of energy in his right hand, as Omega begin's his throw the ball will separate into many smaller ki blast. (Think of Zangya or SSJ Broly blast 2 in BT3. (can't remember what it's called off hand.))

Wind rush (rush attack): Omega will put both arms extend forward fully, hand opened and finger’s fully extended as well with the palms facing each other. Omega will send a missive shockwave through the air, bouncing the opponent away. Omega will then teleport behind the opponent and kick them upward. After another teleportation Omega will grab the opponents ankle and swing the opponent around before releasing him/her and sending the opponent towards the ground. After a final teleportation Omega will kick the opponent to the ground and fire a energy beam at him/her.

Ultimate:

Deadly Steer: Omega will make direct eye contact with the opponent, if the opponent doesn’t look away they’ll begin to bleed out of their eyes, Omega would then tilt his head and the opponent would fall to the ground, dead.

(Note: How this attack actually works as such is a mystery, but it has to do with his physic ability’s.)

(Note 2: Omega don’t like using this attack unless he has to, he rather kill his opponents slowly.)

(Note 3: To know when the attack is being used, watch the eye's. Omega pupils will change to orange, though only for a second. Still, this a warning the attack is about to be moved.)

Transformation 1: Super Omega.

Aura: Black with green lightening sparks.
Ki colour: Black with a green centre.
Strength Level: Full power super sayian 3.

Story: Omega gained this transformation through training and increasing his strength.

Appearance: Omega body grows to 7 feet tall, his hair becomes a bright green colour, as does his eye pupils. Omega muscles grow’s in size and become that of Bojack (transformed) or a little more. His sayian style armour expands to the growth of his body.

(Note: Omega melee is slowed in this form, but he doesn’t lose any ability’s, he instead gain’s 1.)

Added ability:

Brick wall effect to everything at a FPSSJ2 level or lower.

Grab: Omega will extend his right arm forward, finger’s fully extended. Omega will freeze the opponent movement and “pull” them in. The opponents head will be pulled right in to Omega hand and he’ll grab his opponent face, give the opponent 3 gut stun punches, and knock them away with a shockwave.

Blast 1:

Counter Attack - Omega will wait for the opponent to attack and he’ll use a after image right when the opponent is going to lay a hit, he’ll then appear in the exact same spot and grab the opponent by the face and throw them skywards.

(Note: This sets him up perfectly to use a blast 2/ultimate.)

Ultimate Barrier - Omega will form a transparent black energy barrier with green/red sparks around it to protect from damage.

Blast 2:

Omega energy ball - Omega will put both hands above his head, between his hands green lightening sparks will be seen before a ball of energy forms. The black/green ball will grow in size until it get’s as big as Trunks “Finish Buster.” By this time the ball is no longer between Omega hands, but is now above them. Omega will then throw the attack at his opponent. (Think of how Goku throws the Spirit Bomb.)

Trap explosion - Omega will extend his left arm, finger’s on the hand bent forward a little. Rocks will rise from the ground and shoot at the opponent. As the opponent blocks Omega will teleport behind him/her and trap the opponent in a ball of energy. Omega will kick the ball up in the sky and say “explode”, right after saying this the ball will explode.

Ultimate:

Lightening attack - Omega will push both arms forward, hands fully opened, and green
lightening will shoot out towards the opponent. When the lightening gets about 20 inches from the opponent it will expands and circle around the opponent, trapping them inside a ball of lightening. The ball will then close on the opponent, shocking them severely.

Transformation 2: Ultra Omega.

Strength Level: Higher then super sayian 4.

Story: Omega gained this form while battling a monster, this monster DNA got mixed with Omega, the result was a new, much stronger transformation. Exactly how their DNA got mixed is a mystery that only Omega himself knows.

Aura: Black/golden mix with orange lightening sparks.
Ki colour: Black with a golden centre.

Appearance: In this form Omega grow’s huge, about 20 feet tall to be exact. His muscles grow massive as well. As with the previous form, Omega cloth expands to fit his size. In this form his eye’s turn black and the pupils become orange.

(Note: Omega does lose speed in this form, and his melee is slowed a lot.)

Grab: Omega grabs the opponent in his left hand and throw’s them toward the ground.

Blast 1:

Energy barrier - A massive size energy barrier (golden in colour) surrounds Omega body to protect from attacks.

Shocking surprise - When activated Omega body will become covered with blue lightening sparks for 1 minute. Any physical attack done to Omega will result in the attack getting shocked and stunned.

Blast 2:

Invisible wave - Omega will shout “BOOM”, as he shouts this a invisible attack will head towards the opponent. The only way to see this attack is to look at the ground under it getting tore up as the attack travels.

Omega cannon - Omega will extend both arm’s forward, a large black ball of energy will form and get fired at the opponent.

Ultimate:

Finishing rush (grab rush) - Omega will grab his opponent with his right hand, he’ll then bring his left hand up and put it around his right. Omega will then begin to crush his opponent before throwing them up in the air. After throwing Omega will fly above the opponent and smash them to the ground. To end he’ll step on the opponent.

Aura (optional): Blue

Gender: Male

Moveset (2 B1’s, 2 B2’s and 1 UB):

B1 - Energy Sheild - Creates a sheild of energy (blue in color) to protect agianst attacks.

B1 - Explosive Wave - Creates a wave of energy to knock the opponent away.

B2 - Sneak Attack - Fires a energy beam into the ground, nothing happens for a moment, then a huge beam of energy comes up from the ground under the opponent with next to no reaction time, which means the attack is just about impossible to dodge or block.

B2 - Your finished - A rush type attack, my character rushes the opponent and teleports behind him/her, he then uses the a uppercut which sends the opponent flying, he then teleports and knees the opponent in the back, he teleports once more and fires a energy beam (fired from left hand) to blast the opponent back to the ground, at which point he fires a energy wave volley to finish the attack.

UB - Power of a sayian - The opponent attacks and hurts my character, the opponent turns to walk away when my character stands back up, his arua is huge and a golden/blue mix, his hair is standing up stright but still it's normal color, and the eye's remain black. After saying "I won't lose", my character put's both arm's together and fires a massive beam of energy (yellow in color) at the opponent.

Teleport counters - The ability to teleport away from attacks.
Teleportation - The ability to teleport at will.
Energy Control - Can raise and lower power level at will.
Fly - Ability to fly at will.

Misc.(so story, background)

A sayian born on planet Vegeta, he was placed inside a space ship just before Frieza attack, when the planet was blown up the shockwave knocked the space pod out into space. After a full day the pod floated by a planet and was pulled in by it's gravity, the planet was similar to earth with similar beings. They raised the baby and gave him the name Justin, the one day he was involved in a battle and badly hurt, any being on the planet would of died, but Justin didn't. After doing some research the doctor found out he was a sayian, and when he recovered, they told him of this. Justin gave a evil laugh as he had regianed his sayian memories and destroyed everbody on the planet. He then set out to find other sayians and destroy them.

And what would you look like (Appearance):

Very similar to base Broly in height and muscule. He has black spicky hair coming down to the sholder's, wears armor similar to what sayians had, eye color is also black (like all full blood sayians).



Transformation 1.

Super form - This form happened when Justin noticed he was not at his limit's, and knew he could become stronger. In short, he teached himself to control the rage of his base form ultimate, the difference is, since he has control, it's far more powerful now.

Appearnce - When transforming, Justin hair spikes up, but remain's black, though it does have a red outline now. As with his base ultimate his eye's remain black, but his arua is now a red/blue mix instead of gold/blue. The increase in muscule is about the same as a super sayian, and he has no speed lose at all in this form.

Blast 1:

Super Energy Sheild - Creates a sheild of energy to protect agianst attack's, this shield is red/blue in colour, and is far stronger then his base form shield.

I've had enough - increases all states for 20 seconds.

Blast 2:

I'll crush you (grab move): Justin grab's the opponent by the wrist and pull's the opponent in towards him, he then knee the opponent hard in the gut. As the opponent bends over, Justin elbow's him/her hard in the back, sending the opponent crashing into the ground. The opponent looks up to see Justin standing in front of him, Justin then grab's the opponent's hair (or top of hard for bald people) and lift's them up, he the put's his free hand at the opponent's cheast and blast him. Justin teleport's behind the opponent (as he/she is flying) and stop's him/her with a knee to the back, then slam's the opponent into the ground agin. To finish, he roll's the opponent (who is face first into the ground) over, lay's his left foot on his chest and begin's to push down, slowly crushing the chest area.

Deadly shot - Justin fires off 12 very thin beam's of energy, blue in colour, that can cut clean though almost anything. When using this attack, Justin either aim's for the head or the lungs, for a quick kill.

Ultimate - Closing attack - Justin charges his energy, his arua explodes to the max. Justin then fire 4 huge ball's of energy (each as big as he is) which surround the opponent, after yelling "CLOSE" the 4 huge energy ball's head's straight for the opponent, making a massive explosion on contact.


Transformation 2:

Great Super Sayian - This is what Justin believes to be a Super Sayian. He charges ki as his arua becomes huge, hair remain's like in Super form, his eye's become red, his muscules bulk up, his body grows. A flash of light follows as he finishes the transformation. He is now twise as big, and has alot more muscule then his base form. His powerlevel becomes X60 greater then normal.

Story behind this transformation.

It's the same idea as Super Sayian 4, but it isn't Super Sayian 4. With all other sayians, a Great Ape form gives about a X10 boost in power, but Justin get's a X60 boost. Justin know this, but he knew he lost control in that form as well. To overcome this he created this form, he still loses some speed from the increase in size, but he isn't slow as such. This form was created when he landed on a random planet to do some training (won't be much of a fighter if you sit in a space pod 24 hours a day). He do have a tail, but refuses to use the Great Ape form.

B1, B2, UB.

B1: Energy Sheild - Same as Super form.

B1: Focus of power - A neat little move, he can focus his energy into whatever he's attack with. So if he is using melee (hand to hand combat) he can focus his power into that creating stronger punches and kicks, the downside is it takes away from the damage his ki moves deal out. Or he could make ki stronger, but his melee would suffer.

B2: Traped - With the use of energy rings (a mix of Majin Vegeta and Gotenks attack) on both the opponents legs and aims, he traps them in mid air. It's usful to gain an advanage but only last a limited time.

B2: You just don't give up - Justin attacks the opponent, being quick for his size. He gut stuns them then flips over the opponent and elbows them in the back. Justin proceeds to stamp on the opponent back, leaving small cracks on the ground from the impact. To finish the attack, he stamps hard on the opponent head.

UB: Your finished - Nothing really special here. Justin charges all the power he can into one huge energy beam. If he fells he can not win, he will aim for the planet instead of the opponent. Justin would go to any lenght to win, even if it means being killed himself.

Name: Ime (i'm-e)

Race: Unknow

Skin Colour: Look's like a human/sayian but isn't.

Arua: Dark Blue.

Blast 1:

After image - Ime disappear's leaving a image of herself behind.

Healing ability - This is the ability to heal herself or other's, everybody in her race can do this, it's a skill their born with. The time taken to heal a person changes based on how much damage they has, so a cut can be healed withing second's, but to heal someone near death will take alot longer, 20 to 30 seconds at least. Healing also drain's ki, so it can only be used 3 or 4 times before she has to rest.

Blast 2:

Rush Volley - Ime rushes the opponent and knee him/her in the gut, she then elbow's them in the back of the neck slamming the opponent into the ground, she finishes but jumping back, extending both arm's (like 18 infinity bullet) and firing a volley of blast.

Power Shot - She fires 1 energy blast from her left hand, the opponent will dodge this by jumping left/right, Ime then fire a blast from her right hand while begining to charge energy in her left. The opponent will jump into the air to dodge the second blast, while the opponent is still looking down at where the last blast hit, Ime will fire the charged blast at him/her.

Ultimate: Time to finish you - Ime charges 10 energy ball's, 1 on the tip of each finger, she then bring's all the mini energy ball's together to form 1 big energy ball, She aim's at the opponent and releashes the ball of energy.

Story: Justin came arcross her while looking for food, after finding out about her ability to heal, he decided to take her alone.

Rough power ranch - Above SSJ, below SSJ2. Around FPSSJ.

Appearence: About 5 foot 5, long blond hair reaching down to her waist, eye colour is blue, as said above she has a human/sayian like body. Her cloth is similar to what Zangya wear's.

Name: Azul.
Race: Magi.
Gender: Female.
Side: Evil.
Age: 26.
Arua: Red.
Ki blast: Light blue.

Appearence:

Azul is humanoid and stands at 5 foot, 2 inches tall. Azul has long snow white hair reaching down to her knee's, and light blue eye pupil's. She has a slim build and wear's white, very slightly baggy pants. She also wears a white shirt covered by a short silver vest, which is left open at the front. Azul sheo's are white in colour as well.

Story:

Azul was born on the planet Magi. The Magi race was a race well know for their combination of fighting ability and magic ability's. Azul was born and processed great fighting skill's at a young age. As she got older her personality started changing from good to evil, the reason behind this was never discovered. Shortly she became uncontrolable and finally went on a all out killing spree. The Magi people attempted to stop her but failed. It's believed by some that a spell was used to turn her evil, but the truth is unknown.

Personallity:

Crul, she enjoy's playing and causing victom's pian.

Blast 1:

Magic shield - Azul will say "Schermo in su" and a unbreakable white shield will surround her.

Power release - Rasise attack and ki power for 20 seconds.

Blast 2:

Double blast - Azul will form a energy ball in each hand, she'll throw the ball in her left hand, make a quick 360 degree spin and fire the ball in her right hand. Both balls constantly grow's as they travel's.

Invisable blast - Azul will say "explosão invisable" and brings both hands together, she'll then push them forward firing a invisable beam of energy.

Ultimate Blast:

Copy Attack - This is a attack where Azul can create a copy of her opponent to fight for her. This copy's has all of the opponents attacks, ability's and and powers, but they don't speak and only does what they are ordered. To do this Azul put's her left arm forward, hand fully opened with all finger's stretched, and say's "Il copy compare". A copy of the opponent will then appear in front of Azul.

Age: Early 20's.
Aura: Dark Blue.
Side: Evil.
Power range: Between super sayian 2 and 3.
Henchmen character.

Charged Ki blast - A ball of Ice that can freeze a section of an opponent. (a leg, arm, etc.)

Appearence: Ice is about 5 feet, 9 inches tall. He wear's black pants and shoes and has a blue vest over a black shirt. Ice is humaniod and has short, black spiky hair. His Eye puplis are completely dark blue. (like how a super sayians puplis turn completely green, his is completely blue.) Ice has a buff build, much like ultra super sayian Vegeta.

Story: The Elementor's are a race that has comtrol over elements such as wind, ice, fire and etc. Their are a number of different types of Elementor's, each type has the ability to control a different element. Ice, is amoug the type that control's the element of ice, of course. Ice was once the protector of his people, know as the "cold clan". However, with the arrival of a new villain, Ice mind was taken over, forcing him to do whatever he was told. As a result, he killed most of his race, except a few which other's who minds where also taken over.

Personality: Once a serious protector of his people, but now follow's order's, doing whatever he's to to do.

Ability's:
- Can control the element of ice.
- Flight
- Ki controlment. (all basic ki blast are just regular ki.)
- Can locate energy signal's.
- Ice shield (see blast 1's)
- A icy advantage (see blast 1's)

Blast 1:

Ice shield - This is a very strong shield made of ice. It can form very quickly around Ice, and anything that touches it (including energy attacks) will instantly freeze due to the extreme cold.

A icy advantage: With this Ice get's in what seem like a power up pose, he crosses his arm's then suddenly extends them out to the sides, a strong guest of wind is released and the intire battle area begin's to freeze over.

(This help's Ice as he fight's better in cold conditions then in the warm.)

Blast 2:

Ice ball - Ice brings both arms forward in a Kamehameha type fashion, and claps both palms together. What looks like blue wind starts to swril around in the palms of Ice hand before forming into a ball. Ice then releases the ball.

(Note: This ball freezes anything it contacts.)

Cold rain - Ice raises both hands to the sky, then a bunch of miny blast are fired upward, this blast homes in on anyone near by. Each blast that hit's freezes a small section of the opponents body.

Ultimate blast:

Why don't you just chill - Ice brings both arms back by his side, after a second he pushes both arms forward. This causes a strong wind to blow against the opponent. As the opponent try's to block, they are frozen solid in a huge chunk of ice.

Stroy: Chill is Ice sister, meaning she to has control over ice, even though she uses more ki based attacks then Ice. Chill use to fight along side Ice to protect there planet, however she to came under the control of the same villain that controled Ice. Now she help's terrious the universe.

Appearence: Chill is humaniod and 5 feet, 1 inch tall. She has a slim build with long, whitish-blueish hair reaching down to her waist. One starnd of hair hangs down over her face, raching to just above her left eye. She wear tight black pants with a blue jacket over a black shirt. She also has black shoes and a blue, fingerless glove on her left hard. Chill has blue eye pupils.

Personallity: One a joyful young girl, now a mean killer.

Ability's:
- Can control the elmenent of ice.
- Flight
- Can locate energy signal's.
- Ki controlment. (basic ki and other ki attacks)
- Energy barrier. (see blast 1)
- Freeze (see blast 1)

Blast 1:

Energy barrier - Form's a barrier of energy to protect from damage.

Freeze - Chill will extend both arm's, pointing her palms at the opponents feet. After getting the opponent to land, she freeze the opponents feet to the ground.

Blast 2:

Hyper beam - Chill will extend her left arm straight out, she'll then place her right hand on her left arm, up close to the elbow. She then charges energy as a blue ball appear's in the palm of her hand. After a second of charging Chill will then unleash a large, blue energy beam.

Chilling attack - Chill will rush the opponent and gut stun him/her, Chill will then kick the opponent in the face, make a quick 360 (continuing the same kick) and kick the opponent in the face agin, she'll do this 3 more times. On the last kick the opponent will be knocked away. Chill will follow up with a hand punch to the opponents gut once agin before firing a quick ice ball attack at the opponent.

Ultimate:

Name: Hype.

Race: Unknown.

Gender: Male.

Arua: Black.

Power Range: Weak super sayian 2.

Apperence: Has a human/sayian appearnce. Eye pupil's are blue, he has short blond hair, about SSJ Goku mucule mass. He stands at 6 foot tall and wear's cloth similar to that of what Bojack had.

Story: Hype is Ime older brother, and like her he has the ability to heal. Difference is, he can do this much more often then Ime could, up to about 10 times before depleting his energy. He is stronger and faster then she was and after suffering a defeat, Ime left her planet. Hype spent his day's training until one day his planet was attacked, after making a stand to this evil forse and losing, he decided to join him or her. Hype get's new's of his sister's death while traveling with his new leader and swear's to get revenge on the one's who killed her. When his leader tell's him where he or she is going, Hype smiles as it turn's out to be the exact planet he needed to go. (The evil is whoever the main villian of the fanfic is)

Personallity: Hype personallity is alway's changing, even in combat. At times he calm and thinks things out, other times he is ruthless and blood thirsty, or he could just blindly rush a opponent. His personallity changes often and suddenly, making him unpridictable in battle. He could go from a well layed combo to all out rage and rushes in a snap.

Blast 1's:

Healing Ability - The ability to heal injury's, minor injury's can be healed quickly while bad injury's can be healed with 10 seconds. Hype can use this up to 10 times.

Draining Ability - This is a ability Hype had that Ime doesn't, he can steal his opponent's energy. This is time consuming and is usually only used in 1 on 1 battles. Hype does this by teleporting behind his opponent, putting his left arm around the oppont's neck, then putting his right hand over the opponent mouth so he/she can't call for help. He proceeds to drawn his opponent's energy in through his right hand and feeds it to himself. If Hype wanted, he could drian a opponent energy till he/she passes out.

Blast 2's:

Slicer Blades - Hype start's out by putting 1 hand above his head with a finger entended (like Frieza when he does the death ball), the tip of his finger begin's to shine and he makes a downward slash making a thin line of energy head toward the opponent. This thin line is unblockable and is ment to cut through anything. He can follow up with 2 more slashes if he want's, 1 from left to right and another from top to bottom.

Energy Wave Volley - A standard energy Wave Volley like in the Tenkaichi games.

Ultimate: I'll rip you apart - Hype rushes and gut stun's the opponent, he grab's both arm's of the opponent while fliping over them. After draging the opponent back upright, Hype stop's his flip and put's his feet on the opponent's shoulder's, he then proceed to stretch his own body upright, draging the arm's off his opponent in the process.

Here is one I created for Sly, but I don't know when he is gonna use it.

Name: Abbaddon
Race: Unknown
Aura: Red
Gender: No determined gender, but greatly resembles a male.

Appearance: Base Form - Since he has no gender, his naughty part can't be shown. He stands at about Perfect Cell's height. He is very muscular, but not LSSJ bulky. Around his calves, he wears black cloths, which extend and wrap around the middle of his three toes. His eyes are completely white. His hair is Black and looks like Squall's. Around his neck is cape/scarf, which covers his mouth. This extends to the ground. From his elbows to his wrist, he wears a black cloth, which gets baggy toward his wrists. His fingers extend out into claws. On his right arm, there is a "tattoo" of electricity, which is actually the souls he has collected, going up his arm.

Feral Form - His eyes turn from complete white to complete red.The cloths on his calves and wrists are torn off because of the spike that exeed through them. His cape/scarf gets torn because of the spikes that pertrude through his back. His claws become more razor like. His muscle mass increases. The tattoo on his arm comes off of his skin, and hovers around his arm. His toes become like talons.


Story: Abbaddon is the only person left from his species. His species, like Frieza's, has the ability to live for long periods of time, without aging. He left his planet before it was destroyed by Frieza. He then went from planet to planet looking for Frieza, not knowing he was destroyed by Goku. With his eternal youth, he had an entire eternity to look for him. On one planet, he encountered a force that he thought could be helpful. After the mysterious namek attacked, Abbaddon stood there and smiled. Then, his smile turned into a frown. He then charged the namek and performed Soul Reijuu on him. Now under his control, they went from planet to planet, taking whomever he found fit to join his unstoppable torment. After his brigade was complete they set off again to search for Frieza. However, one of the weaker henchmen he obtained told him that Frieza was already killed, and he threw himself into a fit of rage, obtaining his unbeatable Feral Form. With no control over his action, he slaughtered many of his own henchmen. When he recovered from this unbelievable experience, he knew he could easily take over any planet. With his current task thwarted, he decided to continue going from planet to planet killing everything that moved.

Personality: Very uptight and condesending. The usual villainous personality. Not afraid to show his power, but doesn't like to show his true power. This power is only shown when he is pushed to the limits. He likes to toy with his victims, and will prolong their death (which is one of his flaws, hint-hint). However, when in Feral form, almost all of his sanity leaves him and he looses most control.

Basic Ki blast: He doesn't manifest ki in simple ki shots.

Charged Ki Blast: He doesn't manifest ki in simple ki shots.

Grab: He grabs his opponent with both hands at their shoulders and head butts them. Abbaddon then drops his enemy and spikes him to the ground.

B2: Bestial Cannon - (This is the only way for Abbaddon to produce a ki blast. He extends both his arms out forward, palms facing toward the opponent, with the heels of the hands touching. He then charges a huge red blast. He uses this to destroy planets.)

UB: Damashii Numusu - (He grabs his opponent with both hands at their shoulders and head butts them. The startled opponent fights back, only to be stricken once again. He then takes part of their soul from them, "drinking" it out of them. Depending on the strength of the person's soul he took, he will get an increase in power. The opponent is still able to fight, but at a severly reduced rate.)

Moveset (Feral):
B1: Feral Speed - (Speed drastically increases)
B1: Reaver Blade - (The "electricity" around his arm shoots up to his hand, forming the Reaver Blade. This acts like any other blade.)

B2: Spiral Barrage - (Abbaddon jumps on the opponent's shoulders, digging his talons in. He then flips backward, throwing them into the air. He rushes at them while spinning, unleashing an immense amount of claw strikes on the unsuspecting prey.)
B2: Chikaku Wave - (While possessing the Reaver Blade, his other claw starts to glow red. He then punches the ground, creating a rock-wave of sorts. This wave travels like a shockwave outward in all directions.)

UB: Reaver Slash Strike - (Abbaddon kicks the opponent in the air and grabs them by their face, digging his claws into their skin. He then summons the Reaver Blade, and stabs the opponent, taking their soul from their body. The soul fuels his Blade even more, making it stronger. He then drops the body and lets it hit the ground. The opponent becomes very close to death, however doesn't die from the attack alone. Abbaddon only uses this as a last resort. Also, it takes a lot of energy to perform.)

Gender: Male
Alliance: Neutral
Aura: White/Silver. Air pulses form when powered up.
Ki color: Shining Silver
Age: 18 (though no one else knows that for sure)
Race: Human

Appearance: 6 ft. tall. Average length legs and arms. White pupil'd eyes. White, short hair that spikes straight up.
Clothing: Dark dark blue and baggy pants. Plane yellow T-shirt. Where's a pendant with a sea serpent on it. Does not appear to be buff in arms and legs region.

Story: Much of his past is a mystery to others since he does not speak about it. As an only child, he lived in the mountains with his family. His dad taught him in the ways of martial arts. However, he quickly started training out of his own accord and did not require help anymore, which at the same time caused him to become distant from his family. One night, when he was 11, a terrible storm reigned down upon the mountain, sadly killing his mother and father while they were out doing some errands, while Winds stayed at home. After that night, Winds left to the wilderness on his own, only to continue his training in the hopes that the sorrow of his loss will never catch up to him. He lived in the wild for 5 years, and through deep meditation has managed to manipulate the power of the wind to his bidding. One night, when he was 16, he was abducted by a mysterious aricraft, supposedly from outer space. When he woke up, he seemed to be in some kind of chamber. It turned out that aliens have kidnapped him, and forced him to train and show them his power, in order to gain an understanding of the power Earthlings had. From this forced training, Winds managed to substantially increase his powers, especially those consisting of the air around him. Eventually, he was strong enough to use his power to tear a hole all along the ship with one swipe, and escape back to Earth, leaving the ship behind in pieces floating away into space for eternity (since he has the pwoer to manipualte air, he manged to form an air pocket around him in order to sustain life in outer space). He has then continued to train in the wilderness in solidarity. Winds is now close to tapping into his full potential, called Soul, that every human has, thanks to his mediation.

Personality: Is serious at first, at all times and battles. However, eventually he learned to calm himself down, and with the mysterious sparring partner he has, enjoys every battle. Likes to make jokes, yet is a critical thinker. Devours popcorn at first sight. Seems to get along with others, but on some days he is serious and keeps to himself.

Abilities:
B1 - Aura Sphere - manipualtes the wind to perform a protective sphere around him (Explosion Wave)
B1 - Too easy - regualr hits do not phese him for a short period of time (same effect as False Courage)

B2 - Engulfing Vortex - gets into Final Flash position, then brings both hands together horizontally, quickly firing a shining tornado at the opponent trapping them in the middle, then firing a white charged blast straight at them (must be in the air to use this)
B2 - Atmospheric Fissure - thrust both arms diagonally, in perpendicular directions, sending 2 large air currents towards the opponent, impacting them hard and sending them flying away far

UB - Razor Dimensions - arms and legs get slightly more bulky, thrusts legs and arms slowly, in differnet directions, causing 4 small currents to go towards the opponent, then they stop arround him, get a lot bigger, then let out a fierce scratching/tearing sound as 4 tears form in the dimension around the opponent, causing an explosion through all the time-space fluctuations (>_>)

Fighting style: dislikes combos, usually uses quick hits to battle an opponent. Uses blinding speed to bewilder the opponent to get easy hits. When he knows he outclasses the oppoent, he toys with them, having fun while he's at it. Balanced between physical and ki attacks. Has the greatest speed, or so he claims.

Taunt: A CONVENIENT DISTRACTION! (points) *opponent looks away* Winds gets an easy hit, or if he feels like it, a bop on the head for the victim. (for some reason this works every time)

Does not transform, and has no other abilities, unless teleporting (ie. moving really fast, which has already been established) freely counts as one.

Name: Kuriri
Race: Akurian
Aura: Shocking pink
Gender: Female

Appearance: The Akurians are humanoid, which means that they look like humans. Kuriri has medium-long white hair which stops at the shoulders, and has a black zig-zag-pattern on top (of her head. deuh...). She has hazel eyes, lightly tanned skin, and uses a little bit of mascara. Wears black jeans, white shoes and a white top with a red open jacket over it. She is around 170cm (5'8") tall, and slim.

Story: Kuriri was born after Gokus era,on planet Akuria. She grew up in a nice neighbour-hood, and since the Akuranians were a warrior-people, she was taught martial arts. All Akuranians are born with natural powers such as: ki manipulation, the ability to fly, super-strength, and super-speed. Planet Akuria is very similiar to Earth, but still different. The Akurians lived as merchants and martial arts artists. However, Kuriri wanted nothing of this. She wanted to become a soldier, but due to Akuria not having a military, she'd just have to get over it. But that all changed when one day, planet Akuria was attacked by invaders from outer space. Though the Akurians were a strong race, they were no match for this new threat. And so, the Akurians faced their new rulers, and submitted.


Life under the Yukonians were hard, and the people suffered greatly. Since she had become an orphan, Kuriri raised herself from the age of 14, becoming a delinquent in the prossess. At the age of 19, she travels from planet to planet, picking fights and getting into trouble. She now travels across the universe, terrorizing planets, stealing and humiliating people for fun. She is videly known across the universe for her fighting skills, but doesn't really seem to care. She is now travelling towards earth to pass time, and if she feels like it, conquer it.


Personality: Kuriri is selfish, arrogant, irritable and hot. She beats people up for the smallest reasons, and never says no to a fight. She basicly ignores most people, and acts like she's a royal or something. She is mean, violent and loves to beat up as many people she can, and humilitate them afterwards. She thinks highly of herself, and nobody else. She is often seen eating chocolate, but never seems to get fat. She doesn't make difference between men and women, but children, especially small ones/orphans, she could never harm. The reasons for this is unknown.

Moveset: B1: Get the hell outta my face! Kuriri raises her hands infront of her chest so that they're shaped like an X, and creates a pink energy barrier which surrounds her.
B1: Come on! Fight me: Kuriri jumps up, roundhouse-kicks the air multiple times, lands and shows the opponent the finger.

B2: Annoying maggot! Kuriri starts glowing yellow as she moves her right arm behind her back and shoves it forward, launching a red beam half the size of her body at the opponent.
B2: I'll show you pain! Rush: Kuriri kicks the opponent away, chasing after him/her, she kicks the opponent 9 times in various locations, kicks them up in the air, elbowing the opponent in the back, stunning them, and ending the rush by hitting them to the ground, placing her foot on top of the opponents head when she lands.

UB: Die, allready! Kuriri holds her hands infront of her, creating a pink orb twice the size of herself. When she launches the attack, she says: "Die, allready!"
