Man, I suck at old school fighters.

With the exception of BT3 and Urban Regin, I haven't been playing any fighter games for a long time. Last night I borrowed Tekken 5 from a friend, man I'm getting my ass kicked on easy. I tried Budokai 3 to just for the hell of it, and average gives me trouble. On Budokai 3 I use to pawn the Z3 characters, now I can barely handle average . I've seriously got to get back into old school fighter games.

That's just because the systems are always getting newer and different and the old systems just....vanish, out of you. When I played B3 again I had to go throught the tutorial to get back into it....then I had to start on easy and climb again just like I did the first time cause it was tooooo long ago...

So it's only normal.

Yeah, you just get attuned to how a particular game feels, then if you leave it for a while it suddenly feels like a different game.

Pro Evo is another game like that, you can get really good at it, but a couple of months away from the game and suddenly I can't score a goal for love nor money.

I know it's natural. It's just disappointing seeing yourself suck at games that you could once beat without even trying.

I never got in to sports games. Brought a football game once, hated it, traded it for what's probly the worst racing game in history. And I'm not talking about Ford Racing, it's even worse.
