Strongest Anime/manga character

Look at the last episode of Elfen Lied for proof....or is it last two episodes....

One of my strongest anime characters is Athena from Angelic layer. Her best attack Astral Emission nearly destroys the layer and shes just a doll. But her moves are controlled by her owner's thoughts.

This is the final fight in the series but they left out one of Athena's best moves.

This fight shows how anime defies the laws of physics when Hikaru the red one not only gets tomb stoned by Athen taken her down to 4 bars of hp but she gets a astral emission to the face and survives with a blinking hit point and then gets into the explosion on the 2nd astral emission and wins the match and Athena, who had almost all her Hit points looses before the 2nd blast looses.
I hate the main character power up.

I dunno. Manga characters are all from different universes where there are different "rules". Such as in 1 you can breath in space while you can't in the other. More gravity in 1 while the other has normal gravity. Stuff like that.
