What the hell are you complaining about? That shit looks cash. Aang looks like Aang and the series keeps its oriental influences (even though it was American). This is nothing like Geeko in your typical American high school.

I would have prefered an animated movie,I don't get why they have to make a movie about an ANIME with real people,that's all...

Because reality looks cooler for some people.
Some people prefer to imagine what it would be like to have such abilities and thus they make the real life version instead of an animated one.

But djeez it's true! When you look at the character list, the actors I mean, they all look similar to whom they're gonna play!!
